James E. Bobb, Organist

Organist and Choir Director of the 

Lutheran Church of the Incarnate Word

Rochester, NY

            Mr. Bobb is in demand as an organist and harpsichordist
throughout the country.  His improvisations in numerous styles (from
17th century counterpoint to gospel and jazz) bring life to the music
and poetry of our faith.  Mr. Bobb is a graduate of the Eastman School
of Music and was recently appointed conductor of the Rochester Bach
Festival.  

                                                                     

 

Paragon Brass Quintet

Ensemble-in-Residence, University of Akron

Jack Brndiar and Larry Herman, trumpets

 Bill Hoyt, horn; Ed Zadrozny, trombone

Russ Tinkham, tuba.

The Paragon Brass Quintet has been active for more than 20 years.  They
are heard frequently in Northeastern Ohio and have been featured several
times at the Ohio Music Educator's Conferences.   The quintet has made
three separate tours to China, and has also toured Austria and Germany.


 

 

The Canterbury Singers of Christ Church

The Singers will be joined by members of area choirs in original
arrangements of hymns and anthems.
